Why hello there I’m not entirely sure what the purpose of this blog is but I guess I now have a place to dump my thoughts? Title One of the things you tend to understand as you work in team structures is that doing the bare minimum is not particularly difficult (assuming you’re diligent of course). The thing is though, when you are given a responsibilty, its because whoever you’re supposed to report to cannot handle so many things at once; hence the delegation of work. ...
